Registration for 2025 opens on May 15

Boston States runs from check-in at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, October 22  to noon on Sunday October 26, 2025 and takes place at Potash Hill in Marlboro, Vermont. A separately-ticked staff concert will follow on site on Sunday afternoon.

The fee includes room, board, and tuition for all classes. Participants under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Refund Policy: 

• 100% refund before September 1

• 50% refund before October 1

• No refund after October 1

PayPal service fees will not be refunded

We have a few rates available: ​

• Double Room ($475): 1 roommate, shared bathrooms in hall 

• Single Room ($550): no roommate, shared bathroom in hall

• Guardian rate ($350): limited availability for adult non-campers accompanying minors to camp

• Day Student ($350): lunch & supper included in tuition, no accommodation
